Creating Objects in the Database

Use

Objects that are missing in the database can be created directly from the display providing you have the necessary authorization.

Procedure

Choose the object and then choose Create in DB. You can now choose whether you want to create the object directly (online) or in the background (as a background job). (The latter option is only useful for indexes of large tables.)

You also have the option of creating objects using the database utility.

If an error occurs when you create the object, the system displays a log with information about the error.

The object is displayed until a new check is performed. The display only shows a "snapshot" at the time of the check.
