Transferring Data Using Operational Data Provisioning (Enhanced)

Using the operational data provisioning (ODP) framework, you can transfer InfoProviders from BW systems (source BW systems in release SAP NetWeaver 7.4 SPS05 and higher) to your BW system. When creating the ODP source system, you can use the ODP context BW - SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse. This context enables you to execute BW data mart scenarios.

The BW context does not support the loading of hierarchies and real-time data acquisition.
