Creating the DefinitionLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

You can also capture business terms in the form of Definitions. You create a Common Definition called CreditScore which can be used across the rules composer DC.

Procedure
  1. In the Project Explorer view, expand the creditcard_rules node, the Rules Modeling node and double-click the Project Resources node.

  2. In the Project Resources editor, choose the Common Definitions tab

  3. In the Common Definition editor, in the Variable Definitions section, choose the Add icon and in the drop down that appears, choose double .

  4. Choose the default Definition name: double1 and in the text box that appears, enter CreditScore and press Enter .

  5. Leave the RHS value : 0 as it is.

  6. Save the changes.
