Personal Value List as Dropdown List for InputFields

With InputFields it is often not clear to users what exactly they should enter. For this reason F4 help is provided for InputFields. The F4 help contains filter options, a large set of possible values and a personal value list . Users can store the values they input the most often in the personal value list. Provided a personal value list exists, when F4 is pressed the list is displayed as a dropdown list .

If the personal value list does not contain the values users require for their entries, users can choose All Values or Maintain Personal Value List to either accept entries from the personal value list or call the standard search help.
