Calling with the BEx Portfolio

The BEx Portfolio includes a special layout for the KM Navigation iView that you can use to call your BEx and BW objects. This layout is specifically adapted to meet the requirements of BEx users.

Technical name of the layout: ConsumerBroadcasting

You can define the layout either in the KM Navigation iView or directly in the KM folder.

The Layout Settings property enables you to define a layout directly from the iView.

The BEx Portfolio is delivered as part of the Business Explorer portal role and contains the Broadcasting layout. More information: Displaying Folder Content with the Broadcasting Layout Profile .

Using the context menu, you can display the Details for a Knowledge Management folder. More information: Navigating in Folders

In Details, you can change the layout of the folder by choosing Settings → Display.
