You have the option of defining which XML forms for creating new XML documents are available for each individual folder.
The command group with the alias CreateXMLFormsGroup shows a command for creating a new XML document for each project. For example, if you choose
in the admin explorer, the sub-menu for each project contains an entry that enables you to call the relevant edit form.
Usually, you only want to use particular XML forms in one folder. You make the required settings for this in the Configuration iView.
You can globally define for all repositories whether the default is that all forms are available in the command group or no forms are available.
The standard delivery does not contain any global settings. The default setting makes all forms available so you need to create and configure the global setting for it to apply.

Once you have configured the global setting, you define the specific settings for individual folders. You can specify which forms are to be available or not for individual folders, or for a complete subtree of a folder hierarchy.
