Showing or Hiding Databases

Context

Databases are displayed in the Database Studio explorer tree. You can add databases to the explorer tree or remove databases from the explorer tree.

Showing Additional Databases (Registering Databases)
1. In the explorer tree, select Servers.
2. In the context menu, choose Add Server/Database .
3. Enter the name or IP address of the database computer.
4. Select the database.
Hiding Databases (Unregistering Databases)
1. In the explorer tree, select the computer on which the database is installed.
2. In the context menu, choose Properties.
3. Choose Registration.
4. Deselect the database that you want to hide.
