Use

You use this report to find and delete files modified before specific date.

It allows you to perform the following actions:

  • Delete files last modified by specific user

  • Delete files modified before specific date

Features

You can configure the following settings for this report:

Scope

Location

You can restrict the report to certain repositories or folders (including all subordinate folders).

Specify all repositories and folders for searching.

Maximum Results

The system terminates the search when it finds the corresponding number of items.

Parameters

Parameter

Modified Before

It will search for files modified before this date.

If no date is set, the current date will be considered as such.

Logon ID

Logon user ID.

Finds files last modified by this user.

You get the Logon ID in the Portal at Start of the navigation path User Administration Next navigation step Identity Management End of the navigation path.

If no Logon ID is entered, it will not search for files modified by specific user.

Note

You enter the Logon ID of only one user, for example: “administrator”

Delete all files or specific files found during report execution.

Report Results

The following items are listed in the report results:

  • Items last modified before specific date

  • Items, which were deleted during report execution

  • Items last modified by specific user
