
Use the E-Mail Attachment Cleanup report to find and delete the temporary folders with e-mail attachments that have been uploaded or added before a given period of time. You can include attachments in your e-mail when you choose the Sent To… dialog box for a resource and then choose Add… where you have various options for adding attachments. Alternatively, you can choose Browse… to navigate to a document that you want to upload. When you have found the relevant document, choose Upload to attach the file to your e-mail.
The system runs the report according to the settings. Once the report has finished, you can call the result by choosing the name of the report from the list of the reports. You can find this list when you choose . If you want to see the reports exported in the XML files choose or open the View Report Result screen by choosing the report and then from the ID parameter choosing the XML file.
