Configuration

Use

In the Administration user menu, you can, among other things, display and change the current configuration values of volumes, the parameters of a database, and backup templates.

Note

If a database user is performing configuration functions, the configuration function is locked for all other database users.

Prerequisites

SAP liveCache Technology: In accordance with the Authorization Concept, the user was assigned one of the roles SAP_BC_LVC_ADMINISTRATOR or SAP_BC_LVC_SUPERUSER.

Procedure

Open the Database Assistant (transaction DB50) or the liveCache Assistant (transaction LC10). Choose Start of the navigation path Administration Next navigation step Configuration End of the navigation path .

The system displays the following:
