In Database Studio, database landscapes are used for organizing multiple database computers (servers) for easier access and administration.
In the explorer tree, go to the top level using the button.
In the context menu of Local, choose New Landscape .
Enter a landscape name.
Add database computers and databases to the landscape.

Start Database Studio from the command line using the -ldf <landscape_definition_file> call option.

Choose the landscape node you wish to export.
Expand all relevant server nodes so that you can see all databases of the choosen landscape.
Use in the context menu the function Export Landscape-XML. You export the landscape with all databases visible in an xml-structured file.
Use in the context menu the function Import Landscape-XML to import a landscape from an xml-structured file.
