Context
Use the
Room Event Cleanup report to delete all room events that are older than a specified period of time.
Procedure
- In the portal, choose
.
- In the
Room Event Cleanup report, choose the type of execution:
- Enter the name of the execution.
- Only for repeated execution: Define and activate the schedule.
- You can configure the following settings for this report on the
Parameter tab:

Specifies the period of time for deleting all room events. You can choose one of these periods of time:
years ,
months ,
weeks , and
days .

Period Duration
|
Specifies the duration for a period that is chosen in the
Period field. The duration has to be up to
100 years or the equivalent in months, weeks or days.
Note
Note that in this field, you have to specify a positive number for the period duration.

- For immediate execution, choose
Start or save your settings for report execution according to the schedule.
Results
The system runs the report according to the settings. Once the report has finished, you can view the result of the deleted events in the
Deleted Room Events Count parameter by choosing the name of the report from the list of the reports. You can find this list
when you choose
.
If you want to see the reports exported in the XML files, choose
or open the
View Report Result screen by choosing the report and then from the
ID parameter choosing
the XML file.
