Favorites may contain items that exist in roles not currently assigned to the user. This can happen when the user’s role structure changes.
Portal administrators can now specify to filter the displayed portal favorites so that only items that are currently assigned to the user are displayed.
In addition, a new field has been added to the Organize Favorites dialog box where portal users can filter the list of favorites to display only assigned items. Portal users can also choose to display the full list of favorites, allowing them to delete the outdated items from the list.
Portal administrators can enable this feature in SAP NetWeaver Administrator by configuring the following module: com.sap.portal.favorites.service.wrappers
