Replacing Invalid Room Owners

Context

Use the Replacement of Invalid Room Owners report to search for deleted room owners and to replace them if required.

Procedure

In the portal, choose Content Administration KM Content Toolbox Reports Consistency Checks .
In the Replacement of Invalid Room Owners report, choose the type of execution:
- Immediate execution: Start
- Repeated execution: Schedule
Enter the name of the execution.
Only for repeated execution: Define and activate the schedule.

You can configure the following settings for this report on the Parameter and Commands tab:

Parameter	Description
Unique ID	Unique ID of the deleted room owner for whose rooms you want to search. In this field you can add several deleted room owners to search for their rooms. Note If there is no specified deleted user for this parameter, then the report searches for all rooms with deleted owners. But if you specified a deleted user, then this report searches for all rooms where the specified user is the owner.

Command	Description
Replace	If it is required with this command, you can replace deleted room owners with the valid users. Note When you select the Replace command, the Replace with field appears and then you can select the valid user who can replace the deleted user.

For immediate execution, choose Start or save your settings for report execution according to the schedule.

Results

The system runs the report according to the settings. Once the report has finished, you can view the result by choosing the name of the report from the list of the reports. You can find this list when you choose Start of the navigation path Content Administration Next navigation step KM Content Toolbox Reports Consistency Checks Replacement of Invalid Room Owners End of the navigation path . If you want to see the reports exported in the XML files, choose Content Administration KM Content root Reporting Reports Content Administration Next navigation step Consistency Checks Replacement of Invalid Room Owners or open the View Report Result screen by choosing the report and then from the ID parameter choosing the XML file.
