Checking the Number of Rooms per User

Context

Use the Rooms per User report to search for the number of rooms in which a valid user participates.

Procedure

In the portal, choose Content Administration KM Content Toolbox Reports Tools .
In the Rooms per User report, choose the type of execution:
- Immediate execution: Start
- Repeated execution: Schedule
Enter the name of the execution.
Only for repeated execution: Define and activate the schedule.

You can configure the following settings for this report on the Parameter tab:

Parameter	Description
Unique ID	Unique ID of a valid user. You can select only one user to run the report.

For immediate execution, choose Start or save your settings for report execution according to the schedule.

Results

The system runs the report according to the settings. Once the report has finished, you can view the result by choosing the name of the report from the list of the reports. You can find this list when you choose Start of the navigation path Content Administration Next navigation step KM Content Toolbox Reports Tools Rooms per User End of the navigation path . If you want to see the reports exported in the XML files, choose Content Administration KM Content root Reporting Reports Content Administration Tools Rooms per User or open the View Report Result screen by choosing the report and then from the ID parameter choosing the XML file.
