
You can use reorganization report RSBCS_REORG to reorganize the data relevant to the sending of documents or the use of SAPoffice/Business Workplace.
The report reads all the main documents that fulfill the selection criteria, and checks if these and any related send requests can be deleted. If the checks show that no uses exist, all related data will be deleted. The output of the report shows the number of selected and deleted (or to be deleted) documents.
Below you will find a small selection of the numerous settings options of report RSBCS_REORG:
You can reorganize documents with or without send requests.
You can specify a creation date or age in days.
You can restrict your selection further, for example using document data (document type, object year, object number).
