Creating New EntriesLocate this document in the navigation structure

Procedure

This function allows you to create new data records. Enhanced table maintenance checks the table entries for database consistency.

  1. Ensure that you are in change mode in enhanced table maintenance.

  2. Choose New Entries.

    You will come to a screen where you can make new entries.

  3. Fill in the table fields on the screen.

  4. Choose Back to return to change mode.

    Caution

    Your entries are checked by the system. If the check discovers an error, an error message is displayed. You will then have to correct your entries.

    Note

    Your new entries are not written to the database in this operation. This occurs only when you explicitly save your data.
