Exporting to Local FileLocate this document in the navigation structure

Context

You can save the contents of a list to a local file, using one of the following formats:

The following options are possible for the transfer:

  • Unconverted

  • Text with Tabs

  • Rich Text Format

  • HTML Format

  • To Buffer

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path List Next navigation step Export Next navigation step Local File... End of the navigation path.
  2. Choose the file format.
  3. Choose Continue.
  4. Enter the path and name of the file in which you want to write the data.
  5. Choose Transfer.
