Sending the List as a Document
Procedure
- To send the list as a mail, choose .
- In the initial screen Create Document and Send, the document name, description, and send date are preset.
- They can be overwritten.
- Enter the name of a recipient, and specify the name with the Recipient Type indicator.
- Depending on the recipient type, under Recipient, enter the name and distribution list, or address or organizational unit.
- To send the mail, choose Send.
