You can go into a specific table entry in the following ways:
Call up the next table entry
Choose
.The cursor is positioned on the next table entry (below).
Call up the previous table entry
Choose
.The cursor is positioned on the previous table entry (above).
Call up another table entry.
Choose
.A further screen appears in which you have to enter a key.
Choose Continue.
If you do not know the precise key (for example, CL for Chile), you can enter the beginning of the key (in this case C for Chile). The SAP system then goes automatically to the first table entry whose key matches this letter. In this case the cursor takes you to CA for Canada.
Call up table entry using name
Choose
.Click on Name and Continue.
Enter the part of name which you know (for example Africa for South Africa or South African Republic).
Select the operator cs (contains character string).
Choose Choose.
The system displays a list with the table entries containing the name you entered. Since a name, unlike a key, need not be unique, this list can contain several table entries.

Choose
.Click on Name and Continue.
Enter the letters of the name which you know (for example USA for USA or United States of America).
Select the operator ca ("contains at least one character").
Choose Choose.
The system displays a list of all the names containing the letters you entered. This list can be very long because the letters are linked with or. In the above example, all country names are displayed, which contain the letter U, the letter S, or the letter A.
