Creating Virtual FieldsLocate this document in the navigation structure

Procedure


  1. The following alternative access options are available:

    • Enter the transaction TAANA_VF.

    • Enter transaction TAANA and choose Start of the navigation path Environment Next navigation step Virtual Fields End of the navigation path.

    • Enter transaction TAANA_AV and choose Start of the navigation path Environment Next navigation step Virtual Fields End of the navigation path.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step New Entries End of the navigation path and enter the name of the table for which you want to create virtual fields.

  3. Enter a name for the new field. Make sure it is within your namespace.

  4. Enter the data for the value determination, and technical attributes of the field.

  5. Save your entries.
