Viewing Collection DetailsLocate this document in the navigation structure

Prerequisites

You are on the Archive Administration: Initial Entry screen (transaction SARA). The name of the XML archiving object is entered in the Object Name field. Archive files that you can view in Archive Administration are available.

Context

You can view information about a selected collection.

Procedure


  1. Choose Administration.

    This takes you to the Archive Administration: Overview of Archiving Sessions screen .

  2. Starting from the relevant status, expand all nodes up to the required collection and place the cursor on this collection.

    Note

    Collections can contain subordinate collections. The hierarchy that you can view in Administration contains at least the home path under which your collections are created. These collections contain your archiving sessions. The home path is made up of different collections that follow these naming conventions: /<SYSID>/<CLIENT>/<OBJECT>/, where OBJECT stands for your archiving object.

  3. Choose Detail (F2) or call the detail screen by double-clicking on the collection.

Results

You have called up the detail screen of the selected collected. The physical path of the collection shows the physical location of the collection in your store. If a collection is completed, this means that you cannot create any more resources or subcollections in this collection. The Collection Type indicates whether this is an application collection, a home collection, or a system collection.
