Searching for TermsLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use
Procedure

To search for specific terms in a list, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the term(s) in question (see Selecting and Deselecting Columns).

  2. Choose .

Alternatively:

  1. Click on the column in question with the right mouse key.

  2. Choose Search.

Make the following entries in the popup:

  1. Enter the term you are looking for under Search Term.

  2. Under Search Sequence, specify whether you want to perform the search by Rows or by Columns.

  3. Confirm your entries by pressing .

    The first hit for the search term is displayed in bold.

You can repeat the search as many times as you like. Every time you choose , the selected area is searched again, starting from the point where the last entry was found.

Choose to close the popup.

Alternative Procedure in Fullscreen View

In a list in fullscreen view, you can also choose the function from the menu path.

  1. Select the term(s) in question (see Selecting and Deselecting Columns).

  2. Choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Search End of the navigation path.
