Sending the List as a DocumentLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use
Process
  1. To send the current list as an e-mail, choose Send.

    If you are working in a list in Fullscreen View, select . Alternatively: Choose Start of the navigation path List Next navigation step Send to Next navigation step Mail Recipient End of the navigation path.

  2. In the Create Document and Send dialog box, the document name, description, and send date are predefined. You can overwrite them.

  3. Create a note for the list (optional).

  4. Enter the name of the recipient, and specify the name with the Recipient Type indicator.

  5. Under Recipient, enter the name and distribution list, or address or organizational unit.

  6. To send the mail, choose on the application toolbar.
