
Cells can be selected if buttons are displayed on the left border in your list. It depends on the application area of the list whether you can select single or multiple cells.
You select single cells by clicking on an entry in a row.
To select multiple cells, press the Shift key, and select the cells in question.
Adjacent cells or cells directly below or above
Select a cell, press the Shift or Ctrl key, and select the other cells you want, or.
Press the Shift key and select the first and last cells, or
Select a cell, hold down the mouse button, and move the mouse over the cells in question.
Cells not adjacent, nor directly below or above
Select a cell, press the Ctrl key, and select the cells in question.
To select single cells, press the Ctrl key, and click the cell in question.
When cells are selected, their background color turns orange. You can tell the position of your cursor by the yellow background color.
