Showing and Hiding Columns

Hiding a Column

Proceed as follows to hide one or more columns:

1. Select one or more column(s).

2. Right-click on one of the selected column headers.

3. Choose Hide.

Or:

Choose (in a list in the Fullscreen View: ) in order to make a selection of the columns that you want to hide.

The Change Layout dialog box appears.

Showing a Column

To show one or more columns again, proceed as follows:

1. Select a column.

2. Right-click on the selected column header.

3. Choose Show.

Alternatively:

Choose (in a list in the Fullscreen View: ) in order to make a selection of the columns that you want to show.

In both cases the Change Layout dialog box appears.

Alternative Procedure in Lists in Fullscreen View

In addition to the previously mentioned procedures, in full-screen mode you can also call the functions using the menu paths.

Choose  Settings  Layout  Change  to select the columns that you want to show or hide.
