Use

At the top of the screen for this action there is a dropdown box, which allows the user to choose a database to examine.

The Database Options screen is divided in the sub screens Current Settings  and Recent Changes. You can switch between sub screens with the corresponding tab-riders.

The Current Settings screen shows the current database option settings for the current database.

The Recent Changes screen shows a list of changes, which have occurred in the database option settings; the most recent changes are listed at the top. If the same option has been changed many times, all changes are listed together from the most recent to the least recent.
