Indexing Status

The Index Administration iView shows you whether or not the indexing of documents has been successful.

The index overview screen displays the indexing status of every index.

• A green traffic light shows that the last indexing run was completed successfully for all data sources. Next to the traffic light are the date and time at which the indexing of the last data source was completed.

• A red traffic light shows that one or more data sources have not been indexed correctly. The date and time of the last error are shown next to the traffic light. If you position the cursor over the traffic light, quick info text tells you the names of the data sources that have errors.
