You can use this report to delete a user's subscriptions or to transfer them to another user.
You should run this report when a user has been deleted in user management. You can also delete subscriptions for any existing users or transfer them to another user.
Scope
The system always searches all subscriptions regardless of the storage location of the subscribed items.

Deleted User |
Specify the logon ID or unique ID of a user. If the user has been deleted in user management, you must specify the unique ID. |
File with List of Deleted Users |
Specify the location of the plain text file that contains a list of deleted users (logon user IDs or unique user IDs). When you write such a file with list of deleted users, you should separate each user by new line. For example, the file contains such a list of users: User1 User2 User3 |

Delete Subscription |
If the user is the owner of a subscription, the system deletes the subscription in question. If the user is merely a recipient of a subscription, the system deletes the user in question from the list of recipients. The subscriptions of other recipients remain unchanged. |
Replace User |
Replace the user with another user in all subscriptions (regardless of whether the user is the owner or recipient of the subscription). |

Specify the logon ID or unique ID of a user that replaces the previous user in all subscriptions. This user must exist in user management. |
If you select commands when starting the report for the first time, the commands are applied immediately to all objects found.
You can also execute the report without commands. You then select the objects to which you want to apply a command in the results list and start the report again.
