Use

You can use this report to define threshold values for the size of users' wastebaskets and for the time interval after the deletion date. When the threshold value is exceeded, the system can automatically delete old resources.

Parameter

Description

Quota (MB)

Threshold value for the size of users' wastebaskets in megabytes.

Timeout (Days)

Threshold value for the time interval since the deletion date of resources in days.

Verbose

Active: In the results list, all resources that exceed the threshold values are listed. The benefit of this is that you can delete individual resources ( Start of the navigation path Commands  Next navigation step Remove Immediately  End of the navigation path tab page is inactive). However, the list can be very long.

Inactive: In the results list, only the wastebaskets containing resources that exceed the threshold values are listed.

Description

Remove Immediately

Active: Forces compliance with the threshold values.

The system deletes the following resources:

  • Starting with the oldest resources, so many that the Quota threshold value is no longer exceeded.

  • All resources for which the deletion date is earlier than the Timeout threshold value.

    Inactive: If you activate the Verbose parameter, you can manually delete the resources found in the results list.
