You can use the Deleting Notifications report to delete KM notifications from the Universal Worklist for specific users.
You can configure the following settings for this report.

Specify the location of the plain text file that contains a list of users (logon user IDs or unique user IDs). When you write such a file with list of existing users or deleted users, you should separate each user by new line. Example

From Date |
Finds all notifications that the system has sent as of the specified date. |
To Date |
Finds all notifications that the system has sent up to the specified date. |
Older Than (Days) |
Finds all notifications that are older than the specified number of days. |
We recommend that you specify either a time interval using the From Date and To Date fields or a number of days.
If you enter both a date and a number of days, the system selects only notification that fulfill both conditions.

Delete Notifications |
Deletes the selected notifications from the /userhome repository. If you activate this command before starting the report, the system deletes all notifications found without asking for confirmation first. If you deactivate this command before starting the report, the system displays all notifications found in the results list. In the results list, you can select notifications and then choose the Delete Notifications command for the selected notifications. |
