Settings in the Properties view

Name |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Share Column |
If you want to display a property in the same column as the previous property (one row higher), select this option. |
|
Title |
By default, the system displays the property name as the column title. If you do not want the system to do this, disable this option. If there is more than one property in the same column, you should select only one of the titles. |
|
Inline Label |
If you want to display the property name within the table cells, enable this option. This makes particular sense if more than one property appears in a table cell. |
|
Crop |
If you want to remove the padding between the table cells, enable this option. |
|
Content Link |
Users can use this link to display the document content. |
|
Alignment |
Specify whether the system should display the property aligned to the left, centered, or aligned to the right in the column. |
|
Additional Modifiers |
Modifiers allow you to fine-tune the display of each property individually. For more information, see the administration guide. |
Optional: Select the following options as required:
Apply settings to all subordinate folders
Apply settings to all iViews (preferred presentation)
Choose Save .
