Use

SAP Enterprise Portal offers initial content for a standard user. Your entire range of portal content depends on the roles to which your portal administrator assigned you.

The following Knowledge Management and Collaboration content is available to all users:

Allows you to search for documents throughout the entire company.

Your personal folder for uploading documents.

You can access these documents from any PC on which you have access to SAP Enterprise Portal.

Overview

Navigation in KM folders using user-specific entry points. For more information, see Entry Points .

Users should be able to use the displayed entry points to navigate to all KM folders for which they have access permissions.

Deleted Items

You can either permanently delete items in KM folders or move them to the Deleted Items iView. As long as you have not permanently deleted an item, you can display it in the Deleted Items iView and restore it, if necessary.

You personal favorites list in which you can create links providing direct access to various items such as portal pages, document and folders in KM repositories, or external Web pages.

This iView is displayed in the navigation panel of the portal.
