The Web Dynpro Content Administrator is a design-time tool for managing and monitoring Java Web Dynpro applications. With its wide-ranging functions, the Web Dynpro Content Administrator enhances the generic SAP NetWeaver administration environment.

The interface of the Web Dynpro Content Administrator is divided into the following three areas:

  • Toolbar in which you can call the following functions:
    • Create JCo destination
    • Maintain JCo Destination
    • Start assigned System Landscape Directory (SLD)
    • Check SLD connection
  • Browse and search area
  • Work area with additional functions (for example, preview)

 

Functions of the Web Dynpro Content Administrator include:

  • Examining Web Dynpro content
