MIME URL

Access to MIME objects occurs direclty on the database for integrated ITS. There is an ICF service Mimes with the HTTP request handler CL_HTTP_EXT_ITS_MIMES for this which is stored in the ICF path  Defaulthost  SAP  Public  bc  ITS . This fills the ~urlmime parameter with the value /sap/public/bc/its/mimes. The mimeURL() function then returns this value as the result.

The ICF service Mimes must be active if an ITS service is to be executed which accesses MIME objects.

Changes to the HTML templates are then only necessary if the MIME URL does not contained the SAP default values in the ITS service.
