Installing a PKCS #12 CredentialLocate this document in the navigation structure

Context

To install a PKCS #12 credential file, you must upload it to the server, configure the credential attributes and restart the respective ADS-relevant services.

Procedure

  1. Start the SAP NetWeaver Administrator via the internet address http://<server>:<port>/nwa .

    <server> : AS Java, where the Adobe Document Services are installed

    <port> : HTTP port of the AS Java

  2. Choose Start of the navigation path Configuration Management Next navigation step Infrastructure  Next navigation step  Adobe Document Services End of the navigation path.
  3. Choose Document Security from the navigation pane.
  4. Select Credentials from the list and choose Manage P12 Files .
  5. To upload a new file, proceed as follows:

    1. Choose Add New File .

    2. Select a P12 file from your local file system.

    3. Choose Upload .

  6. Configure the credential attributes, such as registering the password, for each credential.

  7. Restart the service Document Service Trust Manager Service and then the service PDF Manipulation Module for the changes to take effect.
