Developing a HelloWorld Web Service

The learning objective of this tutorial is to guide you through:

• the development of a HelloWorld Web service that handles a parameter and returns a Hello, <name> message.

• the creation of a HelloWorld Web service client that provides access to the HelloWorld Web service and consumes it.

It is divided into two parts:

1. Creating the HelloWorld Web service .

2. Creating the HelloWorld Web service client .
