Use

Using the Java Configuration Browser, you can view the hierarchical tree-structure and content of all available configurations of the systems you are connected to.

Activities

  1. In the SAP NetWeaver Administrator, choose Start of the navigation path Configuration Next navigation step Infrastructure Next navigation step Java Configuration Browser. End of the navigation path

    Available configurations are displayed as tree nodes under AS Java Configuration .

  2. To expand a tree node, choose . The selected node expands and the node icon changes to . Each configuration can contain the following entries:

    • Subconfigurations

    • Property sheets

    • Files

    • Values

  3. To view the contents of a Property sheet or a File, select it.

    The Details pane that opens below AS Java Configuration displays the following information about the selected entries:

    • Property sheets - list of properties in this entry and their default and custom values.

    • Files - contents of the file in text or hex format. To change between viewing formats, choose the Text or Hex File Contents View tab respectively. You can also download the file by choosing the Download tab.
