Scheduling Data Collection MethodsLocate this document in the navigation structure

Prerequisites

The data collection method has been started once manually.

Procedure

  1. Call the SAPconnect monitor.
  2. Expand the monitor tree completely.
  3. Position the cursor on a node in the level directly below the client.
    Note

    You can also schedule the method on higher-level nodes (for example, a client or the monitor). However, this has no effect on the lower-level nodes.

  4. Choose Properties and switch from display to change mode.

    You receive notification that the values of the MTE class will be changed.

  5. Confirm the dialog box.
  6. On the Methods tab page, in the Start Data Collection Method Every.. field, specify the interval (in seconds) between automatic starts of the method.
  7. Save the dialog.

Results

The SAPconnect data collection method is scheduled.
