Setting Monitoring in the Alert Monitor

In contrast to monitoring in the alert monitor for the SAP system, which is active as soon as the SAP system has been installed, you have to schedule the methods for monitoring SAPconnect yourself and activate them for the external components.

Schedule a data collection method.

The data collection methods query the current status of outbound messages at the specified intervals. The results are stored on an application server. A configurable view of these results is displayed in the alert monitor.
