Using Automatic LoginLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

You can configure the SAP NetWeaver (NW) mobile client to automatically login a user and / or automatically start one of your installed NW mobile applications as the NW mobile client is executed.

Prerequisites

You have created a user on your mobile device. More information: Creating a New User

You have installed one or more NW mobile applications. More information: Synchronizing Applications and Data

Procedure

Enabling Automatic Logon

  1. From the System menu, choose Start of the navigation path Manage Device  Next navigation step Settings  Next navigation step  Auto Logon End of the navigation path.

  2. Select the Auto Logon check box.

  3. Click Save .

Enabling Automatic Application Start

  1. From the System menu, choose Start of the navigation path Manage Device  Next navigation step Settings  Next navigation step  Auto Logon End of the navigation path.

  2. Under the Auto application start section of the screen select the radio button next to the application you wish to automatically start

  3. Click Save .

Result

When you start the NW Mobile client, you will be automatically logged in and / or your chosen application will be automatically started.
