Developer documentation added for implementing iView modes

iView modes determine how to run an iView in design time. In addition to the default modes Content and Settings, you can add new iView modes with custom implementations. You can also define the default mode to run when an iView is dragged to the page from the Content Templates provider.

The list of default permissions has been updated to include a more complete list of permissions.
