Checking an Object (Check)Locate this document in the navigation structure

Use

The Web service for checking a new configuration object is described in the Check operations of the service interface <Configuration Object Type>In .

Using this operation you can perform a consistency check on a list of objects. The system checks the inactive object version of objects that are locked in your change list.

Note

The checks that are performed here are the same as those you can call up in the Integration Builder (Object Editor Start of the navigation path <Object> Next navigation step Check Object End of the navigation path).

The following message types are assigned to the operation:

  • <Configuration Object Type>CheckRequest

    Based on the data type <Configuration Object Type>IdentifierCollection .

    The data type contains the object key as call parameter.

  • LogMessageCollection

    LogMessageCollection LogMessageCollection (for error messages and warnings).

    Contains parameters that are displayed when an object is checked.
