Checking PI ServicesLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

You need to check if the sap.com services required for the PCK are running.

Procedure

Perform the following steps:

  1. Start the SAP NetWeaver Administrator.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation path Operation Management  Next navigation step  Systems  Next navigation step  Start & Stop  Next navigation step  Java EE Services End of the navigation path.

    A list of the deployed services appears.

  3. Check if the services with the following component names are running:

    All services beginning with

    • sap.com/com.sap.aii*

    • sap.com/com.sap.xi*

    • tc~esi~esp~wsrm*

  4. If one of the services is not running, select the service and choose Restart .
