Context
You assign the actions that are assigned to the TREXKeyStores to the role Everyone. This means that all users of the application using TREX (for example, SAP Enterprise Portal) have access to the keystores you created.
Procedure
- Start the SAP NetWeaver Administrator on the Application Server Java.
- Navigate to . The window Identity Management: Identity Management appears.
- In the Search area, use Search Criteria: Role to search for the role Everyone and, in the area below it, select the entry for the role Everyone.
- Go to the Details of Role Everyone area, go to the Assigned Actions tab, and choose Modify.
- Assign the actions that are assigned to the TREXKeyStores to the role Everyone.
Under Available Actions, use Get to search for the Actions that are assigned to the TREXKeyStore, by entering the search criteria keystore.view.TREX*, for example:

Select these entries, choose Add and Save.
Under Assigned Actions you can check whether the assignment was successful.

In SAP NetWeaver Administrator, go to .
The window Start & Stop: Java EE Instances appears.
In the navigation area on the left, choose Java EE Services.
Search for the TREX service in Java EE Services by entering trex as a search term in the filter area Name.
Choose Restart in the area Service per Instance.
Results
You have assigned the actions that are assigned to TREXKeyStores to the role Everyone, which gives each user access to the created keystores. This is the last step in providing the certificates for the TREX Java client.
