Checking and Starting all PI-Related Applications

You need to check that the applications required for usage type PI are running.

Perform the following steps:

1. Start the SAP NetWeaver Administrator.

2. Choose  Operation Management    Systems    Start & Stop    Java EE Services .

   An overview of the deployed applications appears.

3. Check if the applications with the following component names are running:

   All applications beginning with

   • sap.com/com.sap.aii*

   • sap.com/com.sap.jdo

   • sap.com/com.sap.lcr*

   • sap.com/com.sap.xi*

4. If one of the applications is not running, select it and choose Restart .
