Authorizations for Administering qRFC
Use
If you want to make changes in the qRFC Monitors (for example, delete, stop, start, or unlock queues, register/deregister destinations), you need authorization object S_ADMI_FCD (network administrator).
Note
All activities in the qRFC Monitors are listed in the system log (transaction SM21).
In addition to this you need the underlying RFC authorizations for qRFC calls so long as you are using an authorization check for remote function calls.
