Use

For database administration, you have to evaluate the DBA action logs regularly.

Integration

In the user menu, select Start of the navigation path Database: Operation Next navigation step DBA Action Logs End of the navigation path (transaction code DB12).

Prerequisites
Features

Among other things, the following information is determined and displayed:

  • Data Backups

    Time of the last complete data backup and further information. You can go directly to the log display.

  • DBA Actions

    You can open the lists of DBA action logs for further analysis. More information: DBA History.

  • Memory Areas

    Gives you information about the Log Area and the Data Area.

You will receive warning messages if critical database situations arise (for example, if a data backup fails).
