InstallMgm: Managing the Installations

Use

The InstallMgm server permission is a prerequisite for executing the following DBM commands:

DBM Command	Description
db_drop	Deleting the current database
db_reg	Updating the registration of a database
db_unreg	De-registering a database
dbm_configget	Displaying a configuration parameter of Database Manager
dbm_configset	Changing a configuration parameter of Database Manager
dbm_stop	Ending the DBM server process
hss_addstandby	Defining a standby database
hss_copyfile	Copying the database files within a cluster
hss_enable/hss_disable	Defining a database as the master database
hss_removestandby	Deleting a standby database
param_copy	Copying a database parameter file
param_init	Initializing the database parameters for a new database
param_rmfile	Deleting the database parameter file
