SQLDBC

SQL Database Connectivity (SQLDBC) is a runtime environment for the development of database applications and database interfaces for SAP MaxDB. Using SQLDBC, applications can access SAP MaxDB databases, execute SQL statements and change data. It consists of the libSQLDBC runtime library, the SQLDBC SDK software development kit and the sqldbc_cons tool.

SQLDBC replaces the old C/C++ Precompiler. More information: SAP Notes 649814 and 822239 .
